  • Orders placed on public holidays or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom gaming PC builds, bulk orders, or special-request items may require additional preparation time.
  • Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order is processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Nepal through trusted courier partners, express delivery services, and air cargo when required.

Delivery availability may vary depending on district and courier network coverage.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on location, transportation conditions, and service type.

Inside Kathmandu Valley

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (subject to stock availability and service confirmation).
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Same-day delivery is available only within serviceable areas.

Outside Kathmandu Valley

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days, depending on district and courier coverage.

Remote Areas

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days, depending on accessibility and logistics availability.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on location, weight, size, and delivery method.

Inside Kathmandu Valley

  • Inside Ring Road: NPR 100
  • Outside Ring Road: Charges vary depending on location and distance.

Express Delivery (InDrive or Similar Services)

  • Available upon customer request.
  • Delivery charges are based on actual InDrive fare and distance.
  • The customer is responsible for the full express delivery cost.

Outside Kathmandu Valley (Courier Service)

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier service rate
  • Product weight and size

Charges will be communicated before dispatch.

6. Same-Day Air Delivery (Outside Valley)

For urgent orders outside Kathmandu Valley, same-day delivery via air cargo may be arranged under the following conditions:

  • Full product payment must be completed in advance.
  • Air cargo charges are calculated per kilogram.
  • Rates depend on destination and airline cargo policy.
  • Customers are responsible for all cargo and handling fees.
  • Delivery timeline depends on flight availability and cargo processing.

Rapido Gadgets Hub Nepal is not responsible for airline delays or cargo handling delays beyond our control.

7. Packaging & Inspection

All products are securely packaged to minimize transit damage.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.

If visible damage is observed:

  • Inform the delivery personnel immediately.
  • Notify us within the same day with photo or video evidence.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may limit eligibility for claims.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect contact details

The customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.

9. Risk & Responsibility

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the product.

Once signed and accepted, the product is considered delivered in good condition unless reported within the required timeframe.

10. Delays & Force Majeure
