2. Nature of Products Sold
Rapido Gadgets Hub Nepal deals primarily in electronic goods, gaming accessories, computer components, and digital equipment. Due to the technical and sensitive nature of these products, return and refund requests are handled under specific conditions outlined below.
3. No Refund After Successful Delivery
Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, monetary refunds shall not be issued, except in cases where the product is proven to be:
- Defective due to manufacturing fault,
- Damaged prior to delivery,
- Not as described on the website.
In such verified cases, remedy shall be provided in accordance with Section 25 and related provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2075.
4. Exchange for Manufacturing Defect
If a product contains a manufacturing defect, the customer must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence.
- Submit order details and invoice reference.
Upon verification:
- The product will be eligible for replacement with the same model.
- If the same model is unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be offered.
- In cases where replacement is not feasible, an alternative resolution may be determined in compliance with applicable law.
5. Conditions for Return Eligibility
A product shall qualify for exchange only if:
- It is returned in original condition.
- All accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice are included.
- There is no sign of misuse, mishandling, liquid damage, electrical damage, or physical breakage.
- Serial numbers and seals (if applicable) remain intact.
Products damaged due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation, software modification, or unauthorized repair shall not qualify for return or exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless proven defective at the time of delivery:
- Consumable products (thermal paste, lubricants such as Krytox GPL205G0)
- Software and digital products
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
7. Warranty Claims
Where manufacturer warranty applies:
- Claims shall be processed in accordance with the official warranty policy of the respective brand or authorized distributor.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, burn damage, liquid exposure, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Inspection at Time of Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and notified to us within the same day.
Failure to report within the stipulated timeframe may limit eligibility for remedy.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation shall not be permitted except under legally valid grounds.
10. Shipping & Handling Costs
In case of verified manufacturing defect:
- Replacement shipping may be arranged based on the nature of the case.
- If the claim is not validated after inspection, the product shall be returned to the customer at their expense.
